Donald Trump and Robert Kiyosaki: Book Review

I recently finished reading the book “Why we recommend network marketing” by Donald Trump and Robert Kiyosaki and i must say, it is a must read for anyone in the network marketing industry or who is looking to start a network marketing business.

There are many benefits the network marketing industry offers those who want more from their lives.

Which pretty much sums up the “Robert Kiyosaki network marketing” viewpoint.

Let’s take a closer look…

Robert Kiyosaki on Network Marketing

Robert Kiyosaki shares when he was first introduced to the network marketing industry he was against it. Then, upon further investigation, realized this business opportunity model offered many advantage that few other business model offered – the most important being personal development training in various key areas.

Most schools within our educational system train people to be employees or to become self-employed. Most MBA programs train you to secure a high-paying job, but still an employee.

Robert Kiyosaki Network Marketing: For People Who Want More

So Robert asked a question:

What if you want more? What if you want to be more than an employee or a self-employed individual? What if you want to move into the big business owner arena where you have the opportunity to get paid on the time, talents and efforts of hundreds, even thousands of employees?

Robert’s answer?

“I recommend a network marketing business. I recommend the industry for people who want to change, and get the necessary skills and attitude training to be successful in the B (Big Business) quadrant.”

Building a big business is one of the toughest challenges a person can take on and it requires overcoming self-doubt, shyness and a fear of rejection. And you have to learn to pick yourself back up after set backs and disappointments and to keep going even after you have failed many, many times.

To be a successful big business owner you must also develop leadership skills and abilities. Are you able to not only overcome your own fears, but lead others to overcome their fears as well to get the job done?

Robert Kiyosaki Network Marketing – Big Business

Forbes magazine defines a big business owner as a person who controls a business with more than 500 employees. This definition is why leadership skills are vital for big business success.

So where can you find a business that will invest the time needed to train you up to be the leader you need to be? To invest the time in your education, your personal development as well as the how-tos of building your business?

The answer is most network marketing businesses.

Robert Kiyosaki Network Marketing – Isn’t Easy

Building a profitable network marketing business is not easy. So have you asked yourself, “Do I have what it takes? Am I willing to go beyond my comfort zone? Am I willing to be led and willing to learn to lead? Is there a very rich person inside me, ready to come out?”

If the answer is yes, start looking for a network marketing company with great leadership and a great training program. The products, services and compensation plans are far less important than the leadership and training available.

Robert Kiyosaki Network Marketing – B-quadrant Business

Robert goes on to share a network marketing business is a B-quandrant business because it meets several criteria he looks for in a business or investment. Including but not limited to:

1. Leverage. Can you train other people to produce a result?

2. Control. Do you have a protected system that belongs to you?

3. Creativity. Will the business allow you to be creative and embrace your particular skills and talents?

4. Expandability. Can your business grow indefinitely?

5. Predictability. If you keep expanding the business, will your income expand as well?

Additional Robert Kiyosaki Network Marketing Points:

Is network marketing a pyramid scheme? Corporations are pyramid schemes. A true network marketing business is the complete opposite. There is not one person sitting at the top making all the money. Everyone has an equal opportunity to build as big a business as they desire.

Meet like-minded people. If you are serious about building a big business, you must associate with other people who are also building or seeking to build a big business.

Give yourself time. Rome was not built in a day and it takes time to build a profitable business.

Leverage system already in place. Why reinvent the wheel? Use systems that are already tried and proven, which allows you to hit the ground running versus trying to build the internal system of a new company. This saves time and energy.
